*Clinic Nurse Manager

The Clinic Nurse Manager reports to the Director of the Clinics and is responsible to plan and administer the nursing activities of the primary care clinic and specialty clinic.  Among the Clinic Nurse Manager duties are:  manage day-to-day clinic nursing operations and resources; lead, coach and develop clinic nursing staff; assure nursing services are delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards; lead and support nursing staff in performance improvement; serve as an effective liaison between physicians and patient care teams; prepare short and long-range plans and budgets related to clinic nursing; manage projects; effectively assess issues and resolve issues as they arise.  Bachelor’s degree and RN license required, and at least five years nursing experience; previous management experience is preferred.  

 

*Patient Account Representative

The Rep follows up on assigned accounts after claim submission.  Responsible for accurately and timely collection of claims billed to third-party payers as both primary, secondary, tertiary, etc.  Required to maintain  individual AR at the departmental goal as well as other departmental goals:  Cash Collections, AR Days. Applicants must have high school diploma and at least one year experience in Healthcare business office is preferred.

 

* EDI and Chargemaster Coordinator

The Patient Financial Services EDI and Chargemaster Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating and managing the implementation and support of PFS and Admitting solutions. Will make recommendations for improvements based on existing operating procedures or development of new ones. Responsible for resolving system problems, writing reports, and initiating changes as needed. Ensures all policies/procedures, rules and regulations are followed when developing or modifying charges in the chargemaster. Assists in capturing revenue integrity opportunities. Prefer Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 years experience in all PFS related functions to include; Coding, Charging, Registration, Billing, Payment posting, standard and custom report writing, and management of master files in a Health Information System.

 

*Clinic RN 

The Clinic RN assists in delivering high quality care to our patients.  The Clinic RN will handle a variety of nursing tasks including, without limitation, the following:  triage patients; accurately document within the patient’s chart; perform in-house lab tests and EKGs; assist with procedures as appropriate; administer and document medications and vaccinations; coordinate patient orders and referrals.

 

*Housekeeper

The Housekeeper will maintain and implement a clean, safe and positive patient care work environment.  Must be willing to work nights and weekends.  This is a fulltime position.  

 

*Certified Medical Technologist

The Medical Tech will perform technical analytical procedures requiring knowledge and techniques in areas such as hematology, chemistry, special chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, serology, urinalysis, coagulation and phlebotomy as ordered by the physician. Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting for laboratory instrumentation. Performs, records and participates in evaluation of Quality Control for tests conducted.

 

*Lead Medical Records Coder

The Lead Coder reviews clinical documentation and diagnostic results as necessary to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for billing, internal and external reporting, and regulatory compliance.  They will accurately code outpatient conditions and procedures as documented in the ICD-10 Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. They will assist with writing Policies and Procedures relating to coding process.  They will be responsible for scheduling Continuing Education for coding staff. They will be a resource for research of coding questions. Applicant must have current CPC and CCS certifications.

 

*Nutritional Services Worker

The Nutritional Services Worker works to prepare and cook food for hospital patients, staff, and visitors.  Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work nights and weekends.

* HIM Clerk – Part time

The Clerk prepares records to be scanned and scans to the patients’ Electronic Health Record.   Answers the telephone for the department and greets customers to the department.   Medical record retrieval from the Clinic and all patient care areas of the hospital. Attends to customer needs for Release of Information. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. Must have experience in an office setting. Must have knowledge of basic computer applications. Prefer experience in a health care setting.

 

*MRI Technologist PRN

The MRI Technologist will support the mission and values of PSMC. Under the direct supervision of the Radiology Manager, the MR Technologist performs diagnostic imaging to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries.  The MRI tech must always ensure the safety of him or herself, along with patients, patients’ family members and other medical personnel.  The MRI Technologist works effectively with patients and patients’ families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. MRI technologists interpret a physician’s instructions, explain MRI procedures to patients, and select software and imaging parameters.

 

*X-ray/CT Technologist PRN

The CT/X-ray Technologist will support the mission and values of PSMC.  Under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Manager, the CT/X-ray Technologist performs radiographic imaging to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries. Along with imaging, the technologist will assist the Radiologist with biopsies and other procedures as needed.   The CT/X-ray Technologist works effectively with patients and patients’ families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel.

 

*PRN RN OR Circulator

Perioperative Operating Room RN to be responsible for the safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room, gastroenterology suite and other areas of surgical services for all patient populations. BLS/ACLS required, CNOR/CRNFA preferred, 5+ years of operating room circulator and scrub experience preferred, knowledge of Cerner Community Works electronic health record a plus.

 

* PRN Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitative services to patients.  Occupational Therapy license is required.

 

* PRN Ultrasound Tech

The Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures, e.g., echocardiograms, abdominal and pelvic sonograms, for patients as ordered.  Selects appropriate transducer, depending upon depth of field, organ to be identified, etc. Conducts scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment.  Assists physician in such procedures as needle biopsies, amniocentesis, renal biopsies, etc.
