Mindy Siegel, MD is a pediatric orthopedist. She received her B.A. from the University of Texas. Dr. Siegel attended medical school and performed her residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She went on to obtain her fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at The Children’s Hospital in Denver. She has been in practice for more than 25 years.
Dr. Siegel resided in Colorado Springs and spends one week a month treating patients in Pagosa Springs.
Outside of her daily job, she is a volunteer physician for USA Tae Kwon Do, USA Gymnastics, and currently sits on Governor Hickenlooper’s Council for Persons with Disabilities.
Dr. Siegel takes advantage of the beautiful Colorado terrain in her free time. With this in mind, Mindy wants all of her patients to be able to enjoy our beautiful state with her comprehensive and personalized care.
Ryan Stopher-Mitchell, DO is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Stopher-Mitchell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University. He went on to receive his Doctorate at Midwestern University’s- Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ and graduated valedictorian.
Dr. Stopher-Mitchell performed his residency at Poudre Valley/University of Colorado Hospital in Ft. Collins, Colorado where he practiced full spectrum medicine and saw patients of all ages.
He joins us from Fort Collins, but his long ties to Arizona where he grew up is where he considers home. He enjoys the amenities the San Juan Mountains provides such as biking, fishing, skiing, and camping.
Dr. Stopher-Mitchell brings with him his wife Emily, and five-year-old daughter Quinn.

Corinne Reed, DO is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Reed graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fort Lewis College in Durango. She went on to receive her doctorate from Rocky Vista University College in Parker, CO where she graduated with honors.
Dr. Reed performed her residency at Poudre Valley/University of Colorado Hospital in Fort Collins, CO where she practiced full-spectrum Family Medicine. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and also offers prenatal and women’s health services. Dr. Reed’s passion is in working with her patients to achieve their best version of health and wellness.
Raised in Durango, Pagosa has been her home for the last decade. Dr. Reed is an active member of the community and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and playing outside in the desert and mountains with her husband and son.

Julie Buchner, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Buchner graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University. She received her doctorate of medicine from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at the Virginia Common Wealth University’s Chesterfield Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Buchner proceeded to practice family medicine in Illinois where she saw patients in all stages of life from pediatrics to geriatrics. She likes to work as a team with her patients, to prioritize their health care needs and map a path to improved wellness.
Dr. Buchner is excited to bring her husband and two girls to Pagosa Springs where they look forward to the small town lifestyle and exploring the hidden gems in the region and growing with the community. Julie is a true outdoors person who likes to run, ski, camp, and garden.
Aaron Singh, PA-C is a NCCPA board certified primary care provider. Aaron attended A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in Mesa, AZ. Prior to moving to Pagosa he practiced in the rural East Texas setting for 7 years. Aaron enjoys all aspects of family medicine, but takes particular interest in preventive care and sports medicine. Aaron believes in building long lasting relationships with his patients and enjoys watching their families grow over time.
Aaron is excited to be back home in Colorado where he obtained his undergrad at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He is looking forward to raising his family in his wife’s hometown of Pagosa Springs. He and his wife look forward to continuing their tradition of integrating themselves into their community through volunteering and working with local charities. During his free time Aaron enjoys playing with his son, running, hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors. He is excited to call Pagosa Springs home and looks forward to many great years with the community.
Brittiany Newsome, FNP-C is certified by the AANP specializing in pediatrics. She has been a nurse since 2007 and a certified nurse practitioner since 2012. Brittiany received her BSN from Georgia Southwestern State University and her MSN from Albany State University. Her experience includes pediatric care, ICU and emergency department nursing, and clinic management. With her two daughters, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and crafting.
Joshua Borgstadt, PA-C is certified by the NCCPA, specializing in family medicine, with experience in cardiology. Josh has been practicing since 2007. He received his degree from Missouri State University and has worked as a primary care physician assistant in Alaska, Missouri, and Colorado. He also worked for four years in a busy cardiology practice, a specialization for which he maintains special interest. He, his wife and child enjoy hiking, skiing, and traveling.
Robert Brown, MD has been in practice since 1992 and is now the medical director of Primary Care at Pagosa Springs Medical Center. Dr. Brown attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Center.
