Dr. Buck served as head of Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After moving to Southwest Colorado, he served as the Medical Director for Southwest Oncology at Mercy Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Buck believes in providing evidence-based treatment regimens that appropriately fit the needs of each patient, allowing for a balance of patient-focused approach with high standards of care. Dr. Buck and his team welcome collaboration and partnership with large academic centers to allow patients the best comprehensive and multidisciplinary care available. He completed his fellowship in medical oncology and was on faculty in developmental therapeutics at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He also served on the clinical faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Prior to joining PSMC, Dr. Jordan served as an associate professor of oncology and fellow with the Institute of Patient Safety at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.

Dr. Jordan participated in clinical research with MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Cancer Education and Research Foundation of Texas, the National Cancer Institute, and multiple national cooperative research organizations and university-based cancer centers. Dr. Jordan served as the founder, past president, and medical director of The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders of North Texas with nine area locations. He is co-founder of Oncology Metrics, a nationally recognized authority that develops and manages complex integrated systems in oncology, and is a former recipient of the Foley and Lardner “Innovator of the Year” award for innovative strategies in cancer center business structuring. He is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and participates on several oncology-related advisory boards, including the board of directors of Inform Genomics, Inc, and the scientific review board of the Advarra IRB. Dr. Jordan also served on the advisory committee of Cancer Center Business Summit and is a senior consultant at the Cancer Center Business Development Group. He has served on ASCO’s Clinical Practice Committee and is a board member and past-president of the Texas Society of Clinical Oncology. He also serves on the board of several non-medical related organizations.

Dr. Jordan is a long-time second homeowner in Pagosa Springs. Prior to working with PSMC, Dr. Tinguely founded Rural Surgical Relief, a private practice that served rural communities in North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Colorado, Minnesota, and Missouri.

Dr. Tinguely was drawn to the allure of the San Juan mountains from a young age, and admits it was a combination of the beauty of the area and the quality and enthusiasm of the PSMC team that drew him to the region to continue his career. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Duke University, Dr. Lambert attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he received his doctorate of medicine. He continued at UAMS with his internship and residency in internal medicine and fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine.

Dr. Lambert moved to Pagosa from Little Rock, AR where he practiced cardiology for over 30 years. He was most recently at Arkansas Cardiology, the largest cardiology clinic in the state.

He is an active community member and Master Naturalist. In Little Rock he received awards for his work with the Arkansas River Trail and in 2015 the National Park Service named him Volunteer of the Year at Buffalo National River.

Brittiany Newsome, FNP-Cis a board-certified nurse practitioner in primary care and family medicine at Pagosa Springs Medical Center. Ms. Newsome graduated with her bachelor of science in nursing from Georgia Southwestern State University and earned her master of science in nursing from Albany State University. Ms. Newsome has practiced as a nurse since 2007 and became a certified nurse practitioner in 2012. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and specializes in pediatric care, along with experience in intensive care (ICU), emergency care, and clinic management. She received additional training in family medicine for children and adults, which is signified by the “F” in FNP-C. Ms. Newsome has two daughters, and together they enjoy outdoor activities, reading, and crafting.

Dr. Wallace completed his residency training at North Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley. Robert Brown, MDis a family practice physician at Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC). Dr. Brown is medical director of primary care at PSMC and has been practicing medicine since 1992. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Texas Health Center in Tyler, TX. Dr. Brown enjoys treating patients in all stages of life, from children to adults. Having lived in Pagosa Springs for over 20 years, Dr. Brown and his wife enjoy travel, camping, snowboarding, fly fishing, and raising their children.

Kaela Leskovar, PA-C is an NCCPA board-certified primary care physician assistant. Kaela received her MPAS degree at the University of Colorado Anschutz in Aurora, Colorado. In Spokane, Washington, she worked alongside a care team to provide integrated rehabilitation for patients. Kaela is an accomplished soccer player and loves rafting. Kaela is accepting new patients.

Phillip Zappone, MSN, NP-C is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the AANP. Phillip received his BSN at Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado and his MSN at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Phillip worked at PSMC from 2012-2019, as well as working in healthcare settings in Arkansas and the Four Corners area. He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and children. Phillip is accepting new patients.

Bill Webb, MD is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Webb has been in practice for more than 20 years and has served as a team physician for school and professional football, basketball, and hockey teams.

He received his medical degree and completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. Dr. Webb went on to practice Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the Highland Clinic and then the Orthopaedic Clinic. Dr. Webb has also served as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff for CHRISTUS Schumpert Hospital.

Dr. Webb believes in working with his patients to develop the best plan of treatment to get them back to enjoying the activities they love to do. He enjoys getting involved with the local community and is accepting new patients.
