Scott Cordray DO

Scott Cordray, DO is an ear, nose, and throat specialist board certified in Otolaryngology.  He received his Bachelor of Science from Oral Roberts University and went on to earn his medical degree from Oklahoma State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Cordray continued at O.S.U. to complete his residency and fellowship training in general surgery and otolaryngology.

Dr. Cordray and his wife Laura have purchased a home in Pagosa Springs and enjoy hiking and fly-fishing.  He is excited to build relationships within the community and is currently accepting new patients at PSMC.

Mindy Siegel, MD

Mindy Siegel, MD is a pediatric orthopedist.  She received her B.A. from the University of Texas.  Dr. Siegel attended medical school and performed her residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.  She went on to obtain her fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at The Children’s Hospital in Denver.  She has been in practice for more than 25 years.

Dr. Siegel resided in Colorado Springs and spends one week a month treating patients in Pagosa Springs.

Outside of her daily job, she is a volunteer physician for USA Tae Kwon Do, USA Gymnastics, and currently sits on Governor Hickenlooper’s Council for Persons with Disabilities.

Dr. Siegel takes advantage of the beautiful Colorado terrain in her free time.  With this in mind, Mindy wants all of her patients to be able to enjoy our beautiful state with her comprehensive and personalized care.

Ryan Stopher-Mitchell, DO

Ryan Stopher-Mitchell, DO is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Stopher-Mitchell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University. He went on to receive his Doctorate at Midwestern University’s- Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ and graduated valedictorian.

Dr. Stopher-Mitchell performed his residency at Poudre Valley/University of Colorado Hospital in Ft. Collins, Colorado where he practiced full spectrum medicine and saw patients of all ages.

He joins us from Fort Collins, but his long ties to Arizona where he grew up is where he considers home. He enjoys the amenities the San Juan Mountains provides such as biking, fishing, skiing, and camping.

Dr. Stopher-Mitchell brings with him his wife Emily, and five-year-old daughter Quinn.

He is accepting new patients.

Corinne Reed, DO

Corinne Reed, DO is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Reed graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fort Lewis College in Durango. She went on to receive her doctorate from Rocky Vista University College in Parker, CO where she graduated with honors.

Dr. Reed performed her residency at Poudre Valley/University of Colorado Hospital in Fort Collins, CO where she practiced full-spectrum Family Medicine. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and also offers prenatal and women’s health services. Dr. Reed’s passion is in working with her patients to achieve their best version of health and wellness.

Raised in Durango, Pagosa has been her home for the last decade. Dr. Reed is an active member of the community and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and playing outside in the desert and mountains with her husband and son.

She is accepting new patients.

Roy Tinguely, MD

Dr. Roy Tinguely is a board certified General Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his Bachelor in Science from the University of Notre Dame and went on to obtain his Medical Doctorate from the University of North Dakota. Dr. Tinguely continued at U.N.D. Department of Surgery to complete his residency in general surgery.

Dr. Tinguely has practiced rurally for over 20 years in Iowa. At Ft. Madison Community Hospital he has served as Chief of Surgery, Trauma Service Medical Director, a member of Medical Executive Committee, and Wound Clinic Medical Director. He also spent time as a mentor for Des Moines University Medical School, and as a CRISP mentor for University of Iowa School of Medicine.

Most recently Dr. Tinguely opened Rural Surgical Relief, a private practice that served rural communities in North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Colorado, Minnesota, and Missouri.

As a child, Dr. Tinguely would frequent Colorado, and the allure of the San Juan mountains has brought him to the region where he has envisioned finishing his career. Dr. Tinguely brings with him to Pagosa his wife, Debbie, and they enjoy their lives in the adventure-filled Southwest.

The Tinguely have five children, with the youngest son heading to Iowa State in the fall. They also have a daughter who will be a senior in college at ISU, studying Psychology, another daughter who is attending the Butler University Physician Assistant program, and his oldest daughter who is working for Moglea in Iowa, and a son in the Physics graduate school at MIT in Boston. Dr. Tinguely is looking forward to introducing his kids to the immense beauty that surrounds the Pagosa Springs area.

Dr. Tinguely admits that it was a combination of the beauty of the area and the quality and enthusiasm of the PSMC team that made providing healthcare to the region an easy decision.

Dr. Tinguely practices the broad range of general surgery at Pagosa Springs Medical Center.

Robert Lambert MD, FACC

Dr. Robert Lambert MD, FACC is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Duke University, Dr. Lambert attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he received his doctorate of medicine. He continued at UAMS with his internship and residency in internal medicine and fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine.

Dr. Lambert moved to Pagosa from Little Rock, AR where he practiced cardiology for over 30 years. He was most recently at Arkansas Cardiology, the largest cardiology clinic in the state.

He is an active community member and Master Naturalist. In Little Rock he received awards for his work with the Arkansas River Trail and in 2015 the National Park Service named him Volunteer of the Year at Buffalo National River.

Dr. Lambert and his wife, Tonya, have five children including a set of triplets, William, Joseph and Eleanor, a daughter Emily and another daughter Amy who is an Obstetrician in Alamosa, CO.

He enjoys many of the activities the region has to offer including; backpacking, fly fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, and biking. Dr. Lambert is excited to provide his services locally to keep his patients closer to home. He is accepting new patients.

Nicholas Reynolds, DO

Nicholas Reynolds, DO is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Reynolds received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO. He completed his residency training through the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency program at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma and Durant Family Medicine Clinic.

Prior to moving to Pagosa Springs, Dr. Reynolds worked as an Emergency Room Physician and also practiced Family Medicine in southern Oklahoma. With his wife and 4 children, Dr. Reynolds looks forward to taking advantage of all outdoor activities the region has to offer.

Michael Moffitt, MD

Michael Moffitt, MD is board certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in hospice and palliative care. Dr. Moffitt has been in practice since 2001. He received his BS and PhD in biochemistry at the Ohio State University. Dr. Moffitt received his doctorate of medicine from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and completed his residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX.

Upon completion of his residency he went on to practice at: Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, TX as Hospitalist; Providence Health Center in Waco, TX as Medical Director for Inpatient Medicine; and at Scott & White Memorial Hospital where he ultimately served as Medical Director for Home Health and Hospice. Over the course of his career Dr. Moffitt has helped initiate hospitalist programs at several hospitals that ranged from small to large. He looks forward to integrating experiences from these programs into Pagosa Springs Medical Center.

Dr. Moffitt is excited to bring his talents to Pagosa Springs, a place that he and his wife (herself a veterinarian) are pleased to call home. Together they enjoy riding horses and ATVs in the backcountry during the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Julie Buchner, MD

Julie Buchner, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Buchner graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University. She received her doctorate of medicine from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at the Virginia Common Wealth University’s Chesterfield Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Buchner proceeded to practice family medicine in Illinois where she saw patients in all stages of life from pediatrics to geriatrics. She likes to work as a team with her patients, to prioritize their health care needs and map a path to improved wellness.

 

Dr. Buchner is excited to bring her husband and two girls to Pagosa Springs where they look forward to the small town lifestyle and exploring the hidden gems in the region and growing with the community. Julie is a true outdoors person who likes to run, ski, camp, and garden.

Aaron Singh, PA-C

Aaron Singh, PA-C is a NCCPA board certified primary care provider. Aaron attended A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in Mesa, AZ. Prior to moving to Pagosa he practiced in the rural East Texas setting for 7 years. Aaron enjoys all aspects of family medicine, but takes particular interest in preventive care and sports medicine.  Aaron believes in building long lasting relationships with his patients and enjoys watching their families grow over time.

Aaron is excited to be back home in Colorado where he obtained his undergrad at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He is looking forward to raising his family in his wife’s hometown of Pagosa Springs. He and his wife look forward to continuing their tradition of integrating themselves into their community through volunteering and working with local charities. During his free time Aaron enjoys playing with his son, running, hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.  He is excited to call Pagosa Springs home and looks forward to many great years with the community.
