Dr. Bill Jordan, oncologist/hematologist and medical director for PSMC’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, was the guest speaker for this month’s PSMC radio show at KWUF. Topics of discussion included new Cancer Center staff and advancements, as well as new staff in other PSMC departments. Dr. Jordan provided details concerning the Archuleta County Fair Pink Rodeo that will be held on Friday, August 2nd, with proceeds benefiting the PSMC’s Cancer Center. He also expanded on the importance of PSMC’s role as a rural hospital in this community, and why our facility is so successful.
