Pagosa Springs Medical Center’s primary care team provides comprehensive patient centered healthcare with a team based approach. PSMC’s primary care teams consist of board-certified family physicians, advanced practice providers, a licensed clinical social worker, RN care manager, registered nurses, medical assistants and support staff who provide quality care to patients of all ages.
