This month’s PSMC radio show at KWUF featured Jodi Scarpa, Foundation and Community Relations Manager and Crystal DeCola, QAPI Manager.
Jodi Scarpa discussed events occurring during the holidays including the Festival of Trees and Wreath Auction. She also gave updates concerning the future renovation of the new Medical Wellness building and the importance of grant funding for PSMC projects.
Crystal explained her role as QAPI Manager (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) and what it involves, including the Hospital Transformation Program, which is an opportunity for PSMC to look at how care is provided in a cost-effective manner, while still providing high quality care. She also discussed PSMC’s role in care coordination and other high level initiatives.
